06If we cannot demonstrably help you, we will say so and refer you to someone who can.
07Every site we ship has a feedback widget. We answer every submission with a real reply, not a canned response.
08We do not take referral fees from any tool, vendor, or partner. Our recommendations are based on what is best for you, period.
